Amanda was instrumental in getting a property that I had been looking for for over a year. There was a lot of interest and several agents at the site when we first saw it. There were complicated issues with the property that she quickly identified which gave me the edge to make the appropriate choice to seal the deal. Amanda did an absolutely fantastic job getting me into my first home. As someone who spoke to multiple realtors before going with Amanda, I can truly say I'm glad I made that decision! The first thing I noticed was timely responses and attention to detail. She helped me recognize some of the tradeoffs when looking for the right home for me. Amanda sent me property listing tailored to my wants, but never rushed or push me to look at any properties I didn't like. Amanda's knowledge, experience, and relationships helped secure the right home for me, at a price I could afford. She helped guide me through the loan process, recommended a great home inspector, and kept things moving while I was on vacation during my closing. Overall, I couldn't recommend her enough. I know I'll be recommending Amanda to my friends and family!
