Amanda is amazing! We live in Florida but visit Asheville every year and love the WNC area. Right from explaining the market, coordinating the various services, suggesting vendors and helping with furniture delivery etc - the list keeps going, she’s our go to person for everything. She’s very professional, responsive and pays attention to our requirements. Since we were out of state, she visited many houses on our behalf and took videos and shared with us. This saved us lot of trips and helped us get multiple houses lined up when we were ready to visit. When we found the right house, She helped us to buy the house which had 8 competing offers in one day and guided us to put out a compelling offer. We trust her judgement and will recommend her in a heart beat.
