Alyssa is not only a consummate professional while she is doing her work, she is a very pleasant and caring person as well. She handled every aspect of selling my condo apartment with great skill and her support team was impeccable. Alyssa is very good at her job — she has an excellent understanding of current pricing, timing, and local neighborhoods. She advised me prior to listing my home, specifically as to what improvements would be helpful in a future sale, and how to locate contractors. She keeps current with the local marketplace, and has widespread connections due to her 20+ years in this profession. Her personal attention to detail made for a quick and satisfying sales experience.
