Steer Clear of this agent. She is unprofessional, rude and lazy. I gave her a simple (and expensive) listing - she screwed the contracts up repeatedly, I had to tell her how to do her job and what amendments to make and why. I had to stay on her constantly to get her work done. The day of closing when the buyer's money was to hit my account I texted her to ask for the status. No reply, almost 3 hours later she texted me in error (she was trying to text her office) where she was clearly making fun of me in jest to whoever she thought she was texting. Highly unprofessional. Use ANYBODY else than this realtor.

We worked with Kelie as well as a few of her team members at Summit Real Estate to find the perfect home for our large family. Because of Kelie's experience and the fact that she has lived in Summit County for 20+ years, we were able to quickly narrow our search to specific areas within Frisco. This was especially important and critical for us, given we were purchasing a home several states away, and knew very little about the area. Her insights and knowledge were invaluable in helping us remain focused on our original criteria and not make a "panic" buy. The wait was so worth it--we love our home and have zero regrets. The entire experience was seamless and everyone we interacted with at Summit Real Estate was immensely helpful and responsive. We highly recommend Kelie and Summit Real Estate--you will not be disappointed!

Deen a helped us out in a way that really helped put our minds at ease. We moved out of town and she was so attentive in letting us know when things were changing at the house. She had a great team that tried to get back to us with any of our questions. We would recommend Deena!

Absolutely First Rate Firm and Unbelievable Customer Service! We worked with Isabel Rawson and had the best real estate buying experience imaginable. It was a tough market with everything going on, a pandemic, limited properties coming on the market and a whole lot of competition for each property. Isabel was amazing at getting us information quickly, setting up virtual or in person tours and ensuring we looked at a wide variety of options that would meet our desires. A fantastic experience that cannot be recommended more highly!

We worked with Deena at Summit Real Estate and could not be more happy with our experience. The market was absolutely crazy, and Deena was always quick to respond to any question or request. We never missed out on touring properties that we were interested in. We started our search from Wisconsin, and Deena took us on virtual tours so we could get a better handle on what we liked / didn't like before we came out to view properties in person. We ended up purchasing a property after returning to Wisconsin, and were comfortable with Deena's virtual tours and her perspective. It took us multiple offers to land a place, but we ended up getting the type of place we wanted and within our budget. Very thankful for all of Deena's work to put us in the best position in each offer. (We had strong offers, but sometimes we were jumped by cash buyers, and so we couldn't have asked for anything more from Summit Real Estate.) While under contract we had constant updates to keep us on track from Margaret, and things could not have gone smoother. If you are looking to purchase a property in Summit County, I cannot recommend Deena and Summit Real Estate highly enough.
