Allison has been such a gem and so helpful in helping me find my first home. I know I wasn’t the easiest buyer because I’m pretty picky with what I want but Allison was patient and understanding through the whole process. Anytime I called or texted, no matter the time, she always picked up right away. She went the extra mile to send me video walkthroughs of a property I was interested in but was out of town at the time it came on the market. I didn’t want to miss out so she went and did a video walkthrough with me on FaceTime. Thankfully I loved the house and she walked me through the whole process of submitting an offer. Now I am living in the house of my dreams thanks to her attention to detail and helping me get the home in the price I wanted. Allison will be by go to agent when I go to buy or sell a house next time as well!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Allison Elliott. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. She takes the process fun and easy.

Will never work with another realtor unless Allison is unavailable for some reason. She is so easy to be around, respectful and gives attention to every detail of your needs. In my opinion, she is the best and I have already recommended her to my friends and family.

Allison Elliot has been extremely helpful in our experience for looking for a house. She is extremely helpful and knows her stuff. We have been working with Allison for a year now trying to find a house. She has been very patient with us. She has been reliable and available while showing us houses. I would recommend Allison to anyone who is looking for a house.

Our experience with Allison has been an absolutely warm and professional experience. I am comparing my experience with other agents that I a have worked with. Allison makes finding homes fun. She has taken the uneasiness away. We truly felt as if we were with a friend during our home shopping. Allison is warm, honest and makes it a fun experience. she did such a great job listing that we had multiple offers within 3 days. She was very knowledgeable on how we should proceed with the counter offers. If we ever need another realtor we will definitely use Allison again
