Allison was absolutely amazing! From the get go she asked us what we wanted and our price range and stuck to that and didn’t try to sell us on something out of our range or what we didn’t want. She always answered very quickly and got us into see homes right away! She made the first time home buying process very stress free and as easy as possible! Will definitely be going to her in the future for our selling and buying needs!

When Alison sold our neighbors home in a matter of days, we knew that when we wanted to sell that we would need to speak to her. We were immediately impressed with Alison‘s professionalism. Alison had great ideas about how to present our house in the most effective way, Alison kept us on task without being pushy. Alison is a great communicator and we always knew what was going on and what was expected of us. Alison made great use technology, which made the process go smoothly. We appreciated that Alison listen to us and made us feel that we were part of a team. Overall, Alison was very pleasant to work with, and the final result was just what we had hoped for.

Allison came in and gave us some suggestions, such as curb appeal helps sell a house. She then provided price recommendations. Allison was very personable and responded to our questions and concerns in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Allison for your reality needs.
