We've bought and sold quite a few houses with Allen Perry since 2012. He helped us buy our first home and then helped us find homes to renovate, opportunities for new builds and much more. He really cares about his clients. His character is kind, patient and trustworthy. Allen is a realestate agent to say the least and is set apart from the rest with wisdom, intuition and market knowledge.

We worked with Allen on both the purchasing and sale of our old house. He is absolutely fantastic! He worked with a FSBO situation when we were purchasing and negotiated a fantastic price. Allen helped us sell our home most recently. Even though we had to navigate some difficult unknowns, Allen walked us through everything very calmly and clearly, and made sure we still received a fantastic offer through it all. If we ever move back to Nashville, Allen will be the only realtor we will call.
