Edward Harsch is an excellent and truly professional real estate. He was thoroughly prepared to handle any and all issues which arose during the process of selling my residential property. Due to this fact, my level of stress was greatly reduced. Edward was always available to discuss any issue and frequently offered keen and helpful insights. In addition, my property sold quickly and for a good price. Without reservation, I highly recommend Edward.

My experiences working with Edward Harsh selling one of my homes and helping me purchasing another several years later was absolutely great. I recall on the house I sold he hired a professional photographer who used a drone with a camera to get aerial pictures of the property. which I believed helped sell it quickly. Edward is exceptionally knowledgeable in all the aspects of the real estate market including selling, purchasing, financing and marketing of properties. He will take the time necessary to walk you through the selling and/or purchasing process. Edward has the consummate skill of the real estate professional. I would highly recommend Edward Harsh to handle any of your real-estate needs or transactions.

Dominic Meardi is great to work with. He's very determined and takes his work seriously. From day one he was helpful and took account of what I was looking for in my home. He was also very responsive and on top of the transaction. All throughout the negotiations and closing, Dominic was there to quickly handle any situation that had risen. From the first telephone conversation with Allan I could tell our family home sale process was going to be good. At every turn Allan (and his team) went out of their way to help us feel comfortable, and well advised. He went well “above & beyond” with his services. In fact, in addition to negotiating the sale of our N. Crown Ridge Drive, SCW, home for a price that was fair to both buyer and seller, he also found a buyer for our 4 year old car! Fantastic.
