Alex is nothing short of a professional, he made the buying and move in process go along without any bumps or jogs in the road. I wrote quite a few offers on different houses and I kept getting priced out. The frustration kept growing till I talked to Alex about some of the houses that he has off market. Then he was able to get me a spectacular house that wasn't on the market and without the pressure of many other buyers. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone who is fed up with getting priced out.

We had a great experience with Mike and the entire Lehr team. Our situation was complicated because we had to sell and buy and the same time. Mike was extremely helpful and always available to answer our numerous questions. Cristina was very knowledgeable on the entire process and helped to make it go as smoothly as possible. Katie was amazing in prepping our house and getting it ready to sell, and it looked perfect and sold quickly. We appreciate the whole team and highly recommend them.

Alex and his team were absolutely terrific. They make you feel like part of their family. Mike especially took very good care of us and was very accommodating when it came to touring homes. We had to drive quite a distance to where we were looking to buy, but he always made himself available to us and our schedule. Thank you Tori for sacrificing those late evenings away from him so he could meet us. Thank you Mike for helping us find the most perfect home we hope to spend many many years in. Thank you Alex for all your negotiating experience that surely helped seal the deal for us. Alex and Gabriella helped us find the perfect home! I was really impressed with Alex's knowledge of the market and the buying/selling process. Gabriella helped us look at houses every weekend. Alex and her daughter Gabriella have done an excellent job showing properties my son wanted to see in my absence. With his years of expertise, we finalize a final offer that was timely to sustain a 1031 exchange process. the team presented an incredible followup as soon as the offer was accepted.
