Maria is extremely transparent. She will tell you upfront whether she thinks a property is worth your time and money, which is rare for a realtor because a lot of them just want to sell. She is always on time, and she always responds extremely quick. She remembers everything about everything, and she is extremely welcoming. My family wanted to come along for some showings and she treated them just as equal as me. I couldn’t be happier for who I picked to help me buy my first home, and she is definitely invited to the house warming!

When I decided to buy the house in the middle of the pandemic where everything was closed and physical contact was prohibited for health reasons, the closest thing I had to relate to someone was my phone where I met the team of which Maria is part and I thank God that it was. From the beginning she guided me through the entire process, even introduced me to a financing group that works with her, which handles finances wonderfully to make the process easier. Maria is a person with a great customer service, when you call her she is always available with a smile, she is able to explain any questions you may have as many times as necessary. He has a great knowledge about how the market moves, which are the best areas to buy, he adapts to the needs of the client and respects them (something that in my opinion is very important since sometimes sellers try to sell above of everything). She was aware of every little step, in every detail she advised us a lot about what was convenient and what was not for us. In my opinion if you decide to buy a property and you are reading this profile, do not look elsewhere, grab your phone, dial the number and talk to her, it will be the best decision you make in your life, you will not regret it. Aidelys and her team were amazing got our west miami home sold in 7 days .. Her and her team are extremely professional know the area very well and her photographer took great pictures of our home. she provided Us with A+ service with a smile . I highly recommend her .
