From day one we felt great being in Kim's hands. We were motivated to buy, first time homebuyers in 2023 and Kim did a great job keeping us aware of homes coming on the market. Her network gave us a two-week lead on the home we eventually purchased, and our work with Kim in the two months prior gave us all the confidence when making an offer. Kim is incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and is a great listener who was able to adjust our search as our priorities became clearer. If you're looking to buy in Sonoma County, I'd recommend giving Kim a call -- with a single conversation I'm sure you'll pick up on why she's one of the best!

We had an amazing experience working with Kim as first-time home buyers. We interviewed several real estate agents and after meeting Kim, we instantly knew we wanted to work with her. First of all, Kim has a great personality and is just wonderful to be around, which is important in a realtor because we knew we'd be spending a lot of time together. She's friendly, easy to talk to, and smart. Kim is also a great listener and was very attuned to what we were looking for in a home. Generally, she's a great communicator. She checked in with us frequently throughout the process and made herself available whenever we needed to chat with her. She guided us through the offer process and gave us good advice about how to navigate situations like multiple offer rounds. We had a really complicated, stressful close because of some unforeseen factors, and Kim guided us through every step. She has a really good sense of the market and we trusted her opinion every step of the way (how much to offer, how to negotiate, etc). When we closed, she was genuinely happy for us! As happy as I am to have our house, I miss seeing Kim every weekend!
