Abe has always been very responsive, replying to texts or calls within minutes. That was one of the main reasons we chose him. He's very tech savvy, we signed all of our listing docs on his tablet, which he had with him. His photographer took great pictures and 3d views to highlight our condo. Condo was under contract in about 10 days and there were no problems throughout the process. Abe and his team were all polite and professional.

Abe did a great job marketing and selling our unit. he found the best selling price based on the market at the time. We would use him again if we plan to buy or sell in the future.

Abe and his team have now completed the sale of two properties for us in three years; on both occasions, his expertise and ability to to engage potential buyers was exemplary. He is the first and only agent I would ever consider for such an important task. We cannot be more please with how well everything went for both sales--he really is the best agent in the area and has really done an outstanding job on both sales. He has been extremely quick showing our properties, keeping us informed, resolving any issues that came up, and helped facilitate the entire process--have strongly recommended him to others as well.
