When I retired this year, I wanted to fulfill a lifetime desire to move and live abroad. I had lived in my home for 26 years, so selling it to move out of the country was a daunting, almost frightening, experience. I needed a realtor who understood my goal and was willing to work with me under the strictures of the process of leaving the US and moving abroad; Valerie and Ariella came highly recommended to me by a close friend and they didn’t disappoint in any way or any step of the process. I’ve not experienced the level of personal care and concern they gave me, and their knowledge of my neighborhood, the market, and the contacts they were able to bring to the table to successfully sell my house sell above listing price were invaluable. The entire process went very smoothly with no drama and in (what I considered) record time, with Valerie and Ariella counseling and keeping me fully informed every step of the way. With this now behind me, I am able to concentrate fully on the next chapter in my life and I owe huge thanks to them for assisting me in this!

Valerie & team are AWESOME. We are first time home buyers and recently moved to USA with 0 experience in real estate. Valerie helped us with every step from day 0 and still continues to help us after months of closing. She would be available to help us with queries on weekends and late nights. everyone at Vesta are very kind , professional , responsible and have great understanding & knowledge of the real estate market and process.

We loved working with Valerie and her group at Vesta Consulting! They were both professional and friendly. As first time home owners in a competitive market they went out of their way to help us land our dream home. It made us feel at ease through the process because of their knowledge. They delivered exceptional communication and were always available to answer our questions. Our work schedules were very hectic while we were purchasing our home and Vesta Consulting was extremely flexible, without their flexibility and customer service we would not have been able to purchase our first home. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Valerie has helped us buy and sell a few homes. We live out of state so we needed extra attention from her team. They went the extra mile organising panthers and repairs. The closing was super easy. She and her team are the only realtors I refer to other friends.

As a first-time homebuyer in a very hot market, I was very apprehensive about the home-buying process. Caroline Millar and the whole Vesta team were so patient, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the process, making my first home purchase as stress-free as possible. As a person who asks a lot of questions and likes to have all of the details, I’m sure I’m a tough client, but the Vesta team was so incredibly prepared, organized, and fast-acting – they were quick to answer all of my questions, making the purchase of my home not only an exciting milestone, but also an excellent learning experience! They were truly wonderful when it came to helping my fiancé and I find the right house for us in the neighborhood that we wanted to be in, getting our offer accepted, putting us in contact with some fantastic contractors for the home inspection process, and getting us to the closing table in what must have been record time! I can’t imagine having worked with anyone else for our first home purchase. For anyone looking to buy a home, I cannot recommend working with Vesta (and especially Caroline) highly enough!
