Steven is a One. Man. Army. Do I mean Steven's willingness to "fight" for us in negotiations? No, although it's true he did! Do I mean Steven's actual military service? Well... I don't actually know the answer to that, but still no. Instead, I mean that this man knew the answer to every question, had a connection for every task, and made our house sale literally the easiest part of the entire home selling/buying/moving experience! He was a knowledgeable professional through every single part of the process. When it came to getting contractors for the house to repair/fix the things needed for sale, he had a list of handymen, repair people, and even a power washer already found, and vetted. We used two of them ourselves and I can confidently say they both were professional, competent, and efficient. When it came to needing a Power of Attorney for the sale (since my partner and I were living in different states at the time of sale), Steven was once again confident and ready with answers, making sure we had the information early so we could process the documentation needed. Truly, this man was just generally the best. Maybe that's what I'll call him. General Steven. He *is* a one man army after all.

I cannot recommend Steven enough for his exceptional service. It has been a rough journey purchasing a house in another state and dealing with many obstacles. I first talked to Steven when we decided to purchase investment properties in 2019. I have worked with several realtors in different states, and I can say without a doubt that Steven is the best. He has helped us purchase 4 homes and we just sold one in a few days with a few weeks of closing. He is always available, communicates impeccably, has the best ethics and values, is an amazing negotiator (this is HUGE!), and I could go on for pages about how he has helped us by taking videos, commenting on potential concerns, helping us find people to paint, mow, do inspections, whatever is needed to have the best experience. Steven is my Florida Realtor and I highly recommend him if you want the best to help you with buying or selling your home.

The minute Steven Horner walked into my parents house. I knew he had this, he had us, and I could breathe. His expertise and professionalism were obvious instantly. What really hooked me was the grace and respect he extended to my disoriented father, as we were preparing to sell his house. He did not treat the sale of my parents house like a business exchange, but rather the life transition it was for all of us. He had resources for every question. In a time we were focused on medical needs, he took lead on every detail, he made the selling of the house seamless. We were able to sell my parents house from out of state without one error, not one glitch, it was flawless. The email signing process was incredibly efficient. Steven responded promptly to any questions, he has impeccable communication. He gave attention to every detail with professionalism and kindness, every step of the way. He has been the silver lining in a very difficult time for my parents, and we cannot thank him enough. Not only did the house sell faster than we thought, but also for more than we expected. I would strongly recommend him to anybody in any home sale situation.

To begin this review, I will start at the end. After we purchased the home, we were realized that the much work needed to be done. The lawn, the maintenance, pool etc. We turned to the list of preferred vendors that was supplied to us from Steve, and virtually all were right on in terms of quality and reliability. When things didn't work out, I would contact him, and he would take care of the problem right away (this even after we have closed and bid farewell). This is Steve, a punctual, organized and resourceful realtor. Like many reviewers, I am also a professional and have high expectation in terms of punctuality, organization, professionalism and knowledge. Steve fits all of these and he is a fantastic communicator. My family deiced on Steve after we dropped two other relators. Unlike the others, we did not get endless barrage of listings every day with the same old properties that we have excluded. It was cut to the chase and move on. If the property didn't fit our criteria, he didn't try to squeeze to make it fit. He would just tell us not to waste our time on it. At the end of the day, we wanted a house, and Steve wanted to make the sale. We met in the middle and at no time did we feel that there was an imbalanced opinion from him so that the sale could be made quickly. Buying a home is a very stressful process and I am so grateful to have met Steve.
