We had an excellent experience with the Steve Genyk Group. Steve and his team provided excellent support for my daughter, who was a 1st time buyer, from initial viewing, negotiation, inspection and right through to the closing and beyond. Steve gave us some excellent recommendations for mortgage brokers, attorney, and home inspection.. The team were very knowledgeable about the market in each specific neighborhood. I would highly recommend the Steve Genyk Group!

Jessica is a true professional! Jessica was extremely detailed oriented. Jessica made the purchase of our home exceptionally smooth. We were so impressed with Jessica that we have used her to sell other properties as well as other friends and families properties. Jessica ‘s knowledge of the city and suburbs made all are so comfortable with leaving everything in Jessica ‘s hands. During the process of purchasing a home, there were a few bumps, however, Jessica ensured that everything was handled correctly, thoroughly, and efficient. This was a huge bonus for us and allowed us not to be stressed during the process. Jessica ‘s responsiveness to questions concerns or any little thing that popped up. She was always there to answer our questions and assure us everything would be OK. Jessica ‘s negotiation skills were amazing. She insured and communicated to the seller where we were and what we needed to be at. I would highly recommend Jessica or someone to use Jessica in the future to sell or buy your home. I cannot say enough positive things about Jessica.

Steve Genyk and his team were fantastic. They made us feel comfortable that we were in the right hands the entire process. Steve listened to what we wanted and gave his advice, which was incredibly helpful. From staging the condo, to repairs, paint colors, you name it. Our expectations were high with Steve, but he still managed to exceed them. We will definitely be using Steve whenever we need a Chicagoland real estate agent.

Steve and Gigi were both incredibly nice, professional, and efficient. They were great at communicating and understanding my situation and needs and were quick in finding and coordinating showings for properties I was interested in. Everything went very smoothly from the home search to closing, even given a short timeline. Both Steve and Gigi were extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer any of my questions and concerns as a first time homebuyer. Would highly recommend to anyone and would be happy to work with them again in the future.

Jessica helped me find tenants for my 1st floor apartment in a reasonable amount of time. She was very professional and made the process very easy. She provided me with updates and made suggestion to aggressively rent my unit in a short amount of time, I highly recommend her and will use her services in the future.
