We purchased a house in August of 2016, starting the process in May and went through Stas. Of course, there were some snags along the way but Stas was awesome. He was always there when calls were made and if not was super responsive and apologetic. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and will bend over backwards to help out and never did he seem bothered by any of it. We are in the process of trying to find a house for my mom and dad for their winter home and he was the one we called. He gave us a hand written Christmas card for our first Christmas here. He does the little things and the big things to be there and not doing it for just the sale. I would recommend him to ANYONE looking to purchase or sell a house! Nicole & Ron Swanson

Stas is phenomenal. He worked very hard to ensure we were able to sell our property easily and only after receiving a reasonable offer. He worked with the buyer agent and worked all issues on our behalf. Stas is our "go-to" realtor in Punta Gorda and we won't hesitate to use him in the future.

We were so impressed with this young man! He was just the type of realtor that we were looking for. He is very knowledgable with the market, & he spends time with you finding out what your needs are so that you are not spending your time looking at the wrong places...(just so he can make a sale. ) We loved that he is not pushy yet he is on top of things. Great company fit too. Not the typical RE company that we have experienced in the past.

Stas not only helped me buy this home (a condo) but also helped me sell my other home. He was always available to answer any questions I had and I feel he negotiated a fair price for both homes. As a new widow, I was concerned about making such a big purchase but he helped me with every step along the way and made it a very positive experience. I would certainly do business with him again and highly recommend him to others.
