In 2021, we had to move quickly to find a new home. Bob and Roxanne were amazing. They advised and guided through the unfamiliar territory of the real estate market. Somehow they found a gem of a home for us the first month of our search. Bob and his network of professionals helped to give my wife and I peace of mind through the inspections, loan process and purchase. Bob and Roxanne, we cannot thank you enough for your professionalism and personal care through this important life event!

I was absolutely impressed with everything the Bob Wiley group, and Jacob in praticular have done for me. I loved working with Jacob. He was always prompt and punctual for showings which i very much appreciated, but he was also very friendly, professional, energetic, and honest. It was very clear that he worked very hard, as i was not an easy person to please with many needs and wants on my list for a new place to rent in a city i dont know. Jacob went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of any normal duty of any real estate broker ive ever worked with. He arranged over 20 showings in a 3 day period and dragged me all over the city showing me great places to go and eat and looking for an apartment. I cant thank the Wiley group enough for the excellent service and oustanding work they did for me. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to rent, buy, or sell a property with 100% confidence that there is no one that could do the job better! BRAVO to the WILEY GROUP and thanks for all your hard work. Ask for Jacob for outstanding service with an ambitiouse individual who will get the job done! Thanks team! - Jory Z

I enjoyed working with the Wiley group. They were so helpful with questions that we needed. I would use them again in a heart beat. No familiar to the area but thanks to the Wiley group the showed us they best places to live. We were very fortunate to have found them because they have made this move very easy.

YOU MUST READ THIS REVIEW! My experience with the Wiley Group made the selling of my home painless. Just giving Bob Wiley 5 stars across the board is not even close. We put our home up for sale at the worse time of the year.... 12/2017 right during the holidays. In addition to that we went to visit our daughter on the west coast for three weeks . Crazy but true . Bob Wiley called us stating an open house one weekend (3 days after it was on the market) when an appointment was scheduled on Thursday. Two hours after the appointment (seriously 2 hours) we had an offer ! We sold our home in three days to the first person who looked at it. We couldn’t believe it! The completion of the experience went just as smooth .. thanks again Mr. Wiley

This is the 2nd time I used the Wiley group to sell a house for me. I can say that I am hard to please and certainly wouldn't use a service again if I wasn't completely satisfied. Both houses were difficult to sell and their team worked hard to get it done.
