Renee has honestly been the best property manager we have ever had. She has been a pleasure to work with over the past 3 years that we have rented the same townhouse that she manages. Simply put, she is an extremely nice, honest, good person that cares about you and wants to make sure you are happy where you are staying. There is no fear or worry from our side when something needs attention because we know if we call or text Renee, she will have the problem resolved immediately. With a smile on or face and genuine care and concern for what you might be going through. Eventually we will be looking to buy instead of rent. When that happens, Renee is the only person we would consider to help us find our new home. We know that she has strong morals, is trustworthy and will look out for our best interests. We even recommend Renee to people we know that are looking to buy or sell.

Renee was wonderful to work with; she was knowledgeable, professional, had above-average market knowledge and responded quickly. She provided qualified excellent referrals for staging and for work needed prior to putting our home on the market, as well as during the sales process. We have already referred her to friends/family and will continue to do so. She will also be our go-to person for future sales and purchases. Renee was always available to answer any questions I may have. She was with me through out the entire house buying process providing her expertise and sound advise. Renee is a true professional.

Renee showed us as many houses as we needed to see and at no time pressured us to buy. She let us take our time and did well in sharing her expertise. Very down to earth. I highly recommend her and would use her again.

Renee is a true professional and committed to getting the job done. She is most concerned about her client's needs and strives to manage the outcomes that will be beneficial to all involved. She is honest and fare. Renee makes every effort to find a solution for issues or concerns during the selling and buying processes (and I know nothing about these very complicated activities). This provided me a real peace of mind. Renee goes all out for her customers not only during the buying/selling process but after the transaction is completed. She is a wealth of information for the new home owner.
