This review is very long overdue. What can I say. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and will help you in every step of the way! It was our first time buying a house and he answered every question no matter what. He helped us setting up water. Trash. Power and even the pool technician! I absolutely recommend working with him!

My family and I met Matt at an open house near the start of our home search and we are so glad we did! I was a first time homebuyer new to the entire process, and Matt was an amazing resource and guide the entire way. Over the course of six months, we toured a number of homes in the Pasadena and South Pasadena areas, and not once did I feel pressured in any way. Matt would be candid with his thoughts on the homes we saw, but always was thinking about it from our perspective and what we were looking for in a home. When we ultimately found a home, Matt patiently worked with a finicky seller and ensured that all parties involved were continuing to move on schedule. The fact that we're semi-neighbors now is the cherry on top. If you're looking for a dependable, friendly, and knowledgeable real estate agent, look no further than Matt!

Matt was knowledgeable about the local area, and was very helpful in getting the house ready for sale, and stayed in touch throughout the process. He was able to get the house sold quickly and for more than I expected. Would definitely hire him again.

Matt was instrumental in the sale of our property. He went far above and beyond what any other realtor has done for me. This was an unusual situation, since I live about 50 miles from the property, and the property required a lot of extra work. Matt knows the Pasadena area extremely well, and he has many contacts in the area. This house needed to be cleaned out, and Matt was able to help us find a crew to do the work. He also helped us figure out what to do with a non-functioning vehicle that was stuck on the property. He made every effort to take care of things at the house for us so that we didn't need to make any additional trips. To top things off, he was able to negotiate a much higher sale price than we thought possible. I highly recommend Matt, and I'm very grateful for all that he has done for us.

For almost 10 years, we always made excuses not to buy a home: - We’re comfortable just renting. - Not sure if we want to plant roots in SoCal as we are New Yorkers. -It’s A LOT of money. -We want to keep our options open if we join House Hunters International. - Pandemic Situation -And where the heck would we begin if we were kinda interested? Our perchance to dream came when we met Matt at an Open House. The place didn’t work for us, but Matt kept in touch and together we narrowed down our vision of what we wanted in a new home. He set up possible candidates and we visited them, and visited them, and visited them. Throughout the whole process, Matt answered all of our noob questions, was completely accessible and responsive, and was positive and energetic. It felt like Matt was a friend, who shared his experiences, advice and knowledge – ultimately guiding us to find our new home. Matt gets our highest recommendation. Sincerely, Me, the wife/boss, and mother-in-law/the real boss.
