I’m so grateful to have had Gilbert guide us through this process. As a first time home buyer, I came into this with very little knowledge of what to expect. Gilbert is one of a kind. He has his clients in mind when negotiating deals and always tries to get the best result. Gil is concise and very thorough when explaining whatever might come up and ensures you understand. Communication is one of his forte's and is always available to help. Cannot give a better recommendation than Gil, truly a gem to work with.

Smoothest experience possible, great expertise and resources, and very communicative throughought the process. We sold a home from another state, and he took care of everything necessary and found a buyer in no time. Gilbert was always there for questions and kept me up to date on every important detail. My situation requires an as-is buyer and Gilbert found a high bid as soon as possible, and took care of the difficult parts of the process for me. Highest recommendation.

Gil is an absolute expert in the Miami market. His number one goal is helping his clients close on the house of their dreams. Gil is super responsive and has an excellent extended team that helped me get to a speedy closing (~12 business days). He was always available for showings, we ended up seeing the house four time before the purchase and that is not even counting other houses we saw. When it came time to place an offer he did extensive comp research to make sure that my offer was competitive and appropriate for the area. He was spot on with his assessment of the property value which was evident by the appraisal.
