Carlos was excellent to work with. He sold my house within 5 days of being on the MLS with a full price offer. Carlos always kept me informed of the next steps in the process and was very educated in the market and comps. Prior to selling my house, Carlos found me a renter within 1 day of listing the house. When we started looking for a realtor to sell our house, Carlos impressed us right from the beginning. He showed up well prepared, exhibited great knowledge and drive and made us feel comfortable through the entire process. His communication was awesome and kept us up to date with everything, and answered any questions that popped up along the way. Bottom line, house was sold in a few weeks and we got a price we were happy with. If you're looking to sell (or buy!), give him a call and see for yourself!

If you are out looking for a home, a 2nd home, a rental or an investment property Carlos Cardenas can represent you with impressive expertise, knowledge and market data. He is always ahead of the game for you and fights for your best interest. Realtors are everywhere, however, Carlos is a real estate expert and a people person. He sold my house in Hollywood Fl, also worked tirelessly to find me an investment property in North Miami Fl which he knows so much on as he is a general contractor. A realtor fully engaged from beginning to end and knowledgeable is huge worth.Highly Recommended!
